Thursday, March 8 is a District planned Early Dismissal Day providing an opportunity for parents to communicate with teachers regarding student progress. Here is the bell schedule for the day.

1:30-2:30 – opportunity for parents to visit classroom teachers in their rooms.
This is a reminder for our parents of graduating students. We will be having our Prom Decorating Committee meeting at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, March 6th in room C208. As well, we will having our Dry Grad Parent meeting in the library on Tuesday, March 6th at 7:00 pm. We look forward to seeing all of grad parents tomorrow.
My name is Ashley Herar, a graduated student from Abbotsford Traditional Secondary School. I am looking for high school Bhangra dancers, I myself am on a team, it is my second year taking a Abbotsford district team to compete at BCHBC (a high school Bhangra competition). Last year I took a team from ATSS and this year I am taking a district team so all students who want to dance get a chance. Hey everyone, BCHBC 2012 team registrations are now available on our BCHBC.COM website, look for the blinking 2012 Team Registration tab (the rest of the BCHBC website is currently being updated). We would like to invite your high school to the 2012 BC High school Bhangra Dance Competition. The British Columbia High school Bhangra Competition (BCHBC) is the only official bhangra competition exclusively for students in grades 8 through 12 currently enrolled in the Province of British Columbia Secondary School System. This is a fun and exciting event, and as years of experience go by, this event is becoming bigger and better each year. This event is unique because it is only for BC high school students!
The 6th annual British Columbia Highschool Bhangra Competition will take place at the River Rock Show Theatre in Richmond, BC.

Timeline For BCHBC Team Registrations! Fri, January 27, 2012- Registration opens. Mon, February 13th, 2012 – Registration closes. Fri, February 17th, 2012 – Teams 2012 Announced.

2) Grad Clothing – The final order for 2012 grad clothing will be next Tuesday & Wednesday at lunchtime. This will be the last order so make sure you do not miss out. Please come to the counselling centre office to put in your order.
3) Reminder to all students to have their course planning sheets signed by their parents when they come to choose their courses.
4) The School Store will be closed all next week.
